Bianca is a 4 1/2 year old tortoise shell short hair. Over the last year she has developed a medical issue resulting in intestinal swelling. She had surgery a few months ago to identify the problem and is now on medication to reduce the swelling and help allow her to absorb nutrients and gain weight back. Unfortunately, I travel frequently and can no longer provide the consistent medical and behavioral care she needs. Before, my travel hadn’t been an issue with her. Because of this medical issue, she has bowel movements outside of the litter multiple times a day. Bianca would benefit from someone who is home more consistently and able to focus on her medical and behavioral needs. Bianca is fairly independent, but loves to nap near you and show affection when you’re relaxing. She’s very food motivated right now and will tell you what she needs. She would do best as an only pet.
