Looking for a loving home for Tipsy. He is 13, we have been told by the vet that he has a weak heart. My children are toddlers now we are not able to provide a quiet space to facilitate peaceful golden years for him. He is a great companion, very loving. He would do really well with a professional couple or an older couple that have lots of time for him.
