Jerry is a beautiful classic tabby with very soft fur and big feet. He'll probably grow into a larger-than-average cat. He is brazenly confident, outgoing, and super energetic. He was born and raised at Twin Cities Pet Rescue with his two younger siblings - Rick and Morty. Jerry is a healthy kitty and is a pro at the litterbox. We are still working on scratching post training - his tendency is to climb everything. He doesn't mind getting his feet touched but he's too antsy to wait for you to trim his nails. Jerry is a well-rounded kitten. Like any kitten, he loves to wrestle and chase his siblings, climb, and pounce on anything that moves. Jerry loves toys so much that he has a hard time deciding between the toy in his mouth and the one in his paw. He's also been known to hoard toys in a cave or box. He purrs the second he's picked up and enjoys being carried upside down. Jerry's forever home will need another active cat (or similar pet) to chase/wrestle and a human who is available daily for active play. He is very comfortable around familiar and unfamiliar humans and overly confident around other cats. Jerry has been a nuisance to the older cat in his foster home; Jerry insists on biting his tail, does not take repeated reprimands as a hint to buzz off, and wants to suckle the cat before he falls asleep. Ideally, he'd be adopted with Rick and/or Morty (his brothers) but other pets may also be a good match, depending on their disposition. Jerry has limited experience around dogs or children but I am confident that he's excited about the possibilities. Come see him at the Petco in Highland Park located at 2277 Ford Pkwy. St. Paul, MN 55116 He is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.
