Maru is around 2-3 yrs old and is a rescue cat. I fostered him for a few months and then decided to adopt him. He has definitely made a lot of progress in terms of his behavioral issues - anxiety. I have socialized him as much as I can and he loves other cats. He loves to play with toys and curl up on a good pouf. He still needs time to open up in terms of liking being held or picked up (I grab him with a towel/blanket when needed). So far he does like his head being scratched! Unfortunately, I'm facing some hardships with financial issues and housing. He deserves a good home after everything he's gone through. I don't want to resort to him having to go back to a shelter and having kennel anxiety again. If anyone with adopting rescue experience would help me find him a great fitting home, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and for reading!
