Biff is a shy boy, so is looking for the right family who will give him time to adjust to a new home. He does enjoy treats, and has a loud purr once he gets some quality pets and under the chin scratches. He would prefer sitting by you or on your lap versus being carried around.Biff enjoys the company of other cats and would do best in a home with at least one other feline to play with. Biff enjoys playing with strings and feather wands, and that is a good way to get him acclimated. Given proper time to get used to a home, he should be a wonderful cat who will appreciate the love he receives.Adoption processVisit inapl.org to print out an adoption application. If you are interested in a specific pet please remember to write their name and kennel number(there are multiple animals with the same name in our shelter.) Cat/kitten adoption fee: $85Includes: Spay/neuter, FIV/Feline Leukemia/Heartworm testing, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets. ***Cats adopted from PetSmart (Anderson location) get an adoption packet from PetSmart with valuable coupons for a free bag of food, discounted toys, etc. Dog/Puppy adoption fee: $100Includes: Spay/neuter, Heartworm test, vaccinations, rabies shot (for those old enough), wormer, microchip and a free vet visit at participating vets. Dogs from the F.I.D.O. shelter dog prison program adoption fee: $150Includes: Spay/neuter, vaccinations, rabies shot, Heartworm test, microchip, wormer, a free vet exam to use at a participating vet. They are also crate trained, house trained and know their 5 basic commands.
