Hello! I'm Jan, a sleek and sophisticated black cat with striking yellow eyes that light up any room. Whether I'm lounging comfortably on a cozy chair or exploring new nooks and crannies, I always carry an air of elegance and curiosity. My favorite activities are napping in the sun, exploring my room, and providing silent companionship to my humans. I am known for my calm demeanor and inquisitive nature. I love finding cozy spots to relax and observe my surroundings, often offering a quiet, comforting presence to those around me. Despite my tranquil nature, I'm also quite playful and enjoy the occasional game of chase or pounce. I'm a bit shy and tend to be a night dweller. I come out at night to eat all my food and proudly display an empty bowl in the morning. It’s my little way of showing I’ve had my fill and am ready for the day ahead. I bring joy and a touch of mystery to everyone I meet. My loving nature and graceful presence make me a cherished companion in any home. Jan gets along with other kitties and is pretty submissive so she’d do well with another calm cat. We are always available to help with behavioral issues that arise. We provide numerous information sheets in our adoption folders, plus the medical background of each cat.
