Agnes loves to spend her time watching birds through the window and hanging out with her friend Alton. Agnes was trapped and brought to a high kill shelter in South Texas along with two other kitty friends. She had no hope of getting out alive, especially since she's a bit older and not sure people can be trusted. She's best friends with her buddy Alton and is also very close to her friend Alfreda. You can see the profiles for Alton and Alfreda by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page. Agnes is aloof with people. Not truly feral but not wanting to be touched by people either. She gratefully accepts plates of wet food and treats but does not want to be petted and will move away from you if you try. She gets along well with any new foster cat who comes to share her space though so she is a great companion to cats. Do you have it in your heart to share you home with Agnes? She is so grateful she now lives indoors and just wants to have a place she can continue her hobbies of bird watching and just hanging out. It would be beyond fantastic if all three of these friends could find a special home together.
