Adoption processOur adoption package includes: • Spay/neuter • A 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration • Age appropriate vaccines • Free vet exam • 30 days of free pet insurance Adoption Process: Step 1: Fill out the adoption application on our website and submit it to us. Step 2: We will review your application and get into contact via email to discuss your interest in adopting from Four Paws to Love. Step 3: We will set up a meeting either at one of our adoption events or a personal visit with one of our wonderful foster parents to introduce you to your potential pet. Step 4: Pay the adoption fee (varies per animal, visit our website for more info) and take your pet home! Adoption papers, microchip registration, medical records, and a certificate for a free vet exam will be emailed to you within 5-7 days.Shelter locationContact us via email, telephone (message only) or our website anytime or come to one of our adoption events listed below. Come to General Feed & Seed, 1900 Comercial Way in Santa Cruz every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm and see what special animal is looking for their forever home. On the lovely campus of Cabrillo Community College the year-round Aptos Farmers Market offers not only beautiful produce but also the opportunity to find a wonderful companion animal. 6500 Soquel Drive, Aptos CA. We are there every Saturday in the Summer from 9am to noon. Check our website for special events!
