Meet Philip who came into our shelter with his brothers, Matt and Nolan. Although they were all shy when they first came in, Philip has been slow!y opening up throughout his time here.Despite his initial reservation, Philip is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He seems to do well with other cats and could be seen doing well in a house with children if given some time and patience.
