Oscar is affectionate and always wants to be by your side. He's happiest when he's receiving pets anywhere on his body and playing with his owner. He's super friendly and warms up to new people quickly.He's incredibly curious and chatty; if he needs something, he will definitely tell you.Oscar is a bundle of energy, so he should go to an active individual/family that would either take him outside on walks or can be around him most of the time. I obtained him from the Austin Animal Center a couple months ago and was looking for a low-energy cat because of my lifestyle. As Oscar grew, it became apparent that he needs a more active lifestyle than I can provide for him. He's a good boy, but needs an owner that can meet his energy levels, which I can't.
