Hello! My mother passed away in January and I have been fostering her cat, Toby since. My mother acquired Toby at birth. Unfortunately, my landlord will not allow me to keep Toby. Toby was born on 8/26/2019. He is an indoor and outdoor cat. He is good with children and is loving. He will quickly warm up to someone if they pet him while he is sleeping and he loves to have his coat brushed.
