Description:
Tux is a 2 to 3 year old neutered male cat who was either abandoned or lost. He approached me approximately a year ago, thin and hungry. Shy at first, he eventually trusted me enough to cuddle and come inside with me. He has a sweet disposition, a tiny squeak of a meow and a gentle nature. He enjoys playing with feathers and stuffed mouse toys but is happy to just hang out with me on the couch or bed. Because he has a clipped left ear, he could have been a TNR cat (trap-neuter-release) at one time, but was quick to trust so, never feral. He gets along with the regular neighborhood cats but have never observed him around dogs or children. At this point, he still wishes to go outside but could become an indoor cat with a little patience. I am 72 and ill so in no position to offer him a permanent home. I hope a wonderful person out there will step up and give him the forever home he needs. He makes a wonderful companion. Please consider adopting him.
