Hi my name is Nutmeg, I am a spayed female, about 5 years of age. I used to be a homeless, single mom, but a kind elderly lady took me in. After she passed away, I was locked up in a heated barn with food & water for nearly 2 years. I was with three others of my housemates. I was locked up so the coyotes would not eat me, but it wasn’t much of a life in that barn! So, a compassionate foster lady took me into her beautiful bedroom where I have learned to be more affectionate and playful. I love to eat, sleep on the bed, look out the window, and play….if you play with me. I can be a little bit sassy, but I love my head and neck rubbed.
