Malibu was rescued from West Virginia. He is very active, energetic and playful, often getting the "zoomies" and racing around the house. He is good with other cats after proper introductions. In his foster home he has been eating Fancy Feast canned twice daily and has free access to Purina Pro Plan chicken kibble. He has good litter box manners and is accustomed to unscented litter in a high-sided box. A wide variety of toys to bat around, and an upright scratching post wrapped in sisal rope, are a must. He is not suited for a house with small children or dogs, as commotion and loud noises easily startle and upset him, nor a first-time cat owner. He will need an experienced cat owner who will allow extra patience and time for him to relax and acclimate to a new environment as it takes him some time to warm up to new people. His estimated birthdate is 9/1/2021. He is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, has been micro chipped, and has been neutered. *********Please note: 4Paws will only consider local adoptions (Northern VA / DC / MD metropolitan area) 4Paws does not adopt to students All kittens under 6mos of age must be adopted into a home that already has another young cat/kitten; otherwise, must be adopted in pairs with a littermate.
