This mother/daughter pair of sweet seniors are looking for a new home! They dream of retiring and spending the rest of their days basking in the love of a new owner(s). Baby is Lola's mother - they've lived together Lola's entire life and they're both very attached to one another. Sadly, their former owner brought them into the shelter because they needed to relocate and could only find a home where they weren't allowed to keep pets. Baby and Lola are truly a bonded pair - they love one another and can be found sleeping together often. They're nervous right now. They've spent a good deal of time hiding since they entered the shelter about a week ago, but the vast majority of cats are nervous about all the sights and sounds at the shelter. Their former owner described them as "the most gentle and loving cats out there," and she said they're affectionate, easy-going, playful, attention seeking lap cat-types. Baby and Lola are looking for a nice quiet home. They could potentially live with another cat-savvy cat with a slow, monitored introduction. They would not want to live with dogs.
