Hi my name is Martha! *I am now available for adoption at PetSmart Collegeville!!* I am a beautiful brown tabby girl with golden highlights in my fur! I am a very calm, loving young kitty.I was found at Washington Grille & Pub and my foster mom decided Martha was the perfect name for me. I am so friendly that I tried to jump into one of the employees vehicle every night after her work shift. I just love humans so much!! My foster mom says I will do great in a home with another cat friend or I will do just fine in a home where I'm the only cat, as long as I get lots of human interaction.I love sitting on a sunny window sill or snuggling on the sofa or soft cat bed.I purr constantly and absolutely love to snuggle with humans!If you are looking for a super friendly, super snuggly young kitty....I might just be your perfect match! I can't wait to meet you!Adoption processDuring review of the application if you rent your home, we confirm with your landlord that you are allowed to have the cat per your lease. We also consider if a particular cat is a good fit for your home. Certain cats will do better in homes without small children, or without other cats. Other cats may need to be adopted with a cat that they are bonded with. So we make sure that the cat and the home are a good match before completing an adoption. Some of our fosters allow trial adoptions, where you would have 2-3 weeks to make sure that the cat being adopted was accepted by the other pets in your home. If you are interested in this, please ask your Adoption Representative. All cats adopted from Stray Cat Blues have been screened for feline leukemia and FIV, inoculated, sterilized and wormed when they first come to us. Additional vet work is completed for those cats that require additional care. Healthy, adoptable cats and kittens are then housed through our network of foster homes until they are adopted. You are also welcome to come visit cats at our PetSmart Collegeville and PetSmart North Wales/Montgomeryville locations (see times for adoption showings).
