This beauty queen is Miss Coal! Coal and her family were surrendered to FDHS a couple months ago to help find fur-ever families. They began their lives as strays that were born on the property of a super nice lady who had loved and cared for them until we had space available to take them in here. Coal has come out of her shell so much in her time here! She's one of the friendliest girls we have and she loves human attention. Coal does excellent about using her litterbox and is pretty tolerant to having her hair brushed. Due to having such long and beautiful hair, she is a cat that will need DAILY brushing! Because she has spent her entire life with other cats, Coal would need to go to a home with other kitties as they are a huge comfort to her. We do not know how she is with dogs but would likely be fine in a home with a calmer, polite canine companion.**Spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, and up-to-date on vaccines**Adoption processOnce an application is filled out for animal of interest, the adoption coordinator and director will review app. *Vet reference- will call vet and verify you are a client *Current pets- must be up to date on vaccinations*If renting- will contact landlord to verify can have petsCan take 1-3 days for approval or denial.
