CHATTY, BUT SHY AT FIRST. WOULD ENJOY A QUIETER HOME THAT WILL ENCOURAGE PLAY TIME FOR CONFIDENCE. WILL NOT ENJOY TODDLERS, PREFERS GENTLE OLDER KIDS. ENJOYS BEING ONLY PET, BUT CAN TOLERATE OTHER NICE CATS. NO DOGS! I'm petite and very pretty with my unique coat and large expressive eyes! I'm naturally the nervous type, and easily startled. Don't be alarmed as I will probably do some nervous hissing and growl a little as I'm getting comfortable and exploring my new home. Just be there for me as I figure it out and I'll be fine! I will also start to talk with everyone as we make friends. Be sure to stop by often to say hi! You'll definitely noticed that I have a nervous voice and quick movements, and a calm voice while being gentle. I'm nice during both of them, so don't worry. If I don't like something, I'll let you know with a hiss. Once I'm settled you'll just see my happy side. Soon you will only hear me purring, because I like spending a lot of time around my people to get attention and maybe have a little fun. Sometimes I do like to sit off to myself and watch everybody or have a quiet nap. I'll enjoy having a nice mat or bed on the floor, squishy soft blankets on the furniture, and a cat tree. You may find me sitting high or low, or in between! I'm not real comfortable being held, but we can work on that gently and slowly a little everyday. I am happy to sit next to you sometimes, and someday may just crawl into your lap. I can be silly sometimes! I like to play with little toys some, especially with a touch of catnip! We'll have fun playing with our wand toys together, just start off slowly, and away we go! End our fun with a few yummy treats! I'll start to look forward to it everyday!
