Amadeus is a handsome 8 year old front declawed tuxedo (born 7/2/2015). He must be adopted with his brother Bing and just like him, Amadeus has a fun musical pun name. His full name is Wolfgang Amadeus Meowzart. Amadeus is more shy than Bing when visitors arrive and he will probably hide but once he knows the person, he will become comfortable and show his loving, playful self. His brother helps him have confidence and they enjoy playing with each other and will sometimes chase each other for fun. Hanging out in one of their cat trees near a window is a favorite pastime. Amadeus has a very cute pink nose which is one of the ways you can tell him apart from Bing. He also has a condition called nystagmus in both eyes which causes them to appear to flutter. The vets have assured us that this is a harmless condition and causes him no pain and does need any treatment. Just like Bing, he will enjoy lounging with his humans and sleeping with them too if they will allow it. These two boys are great buddies and they will provide a lot of happiness to their new family watching them play together. Amadeus and Bing will go to their new forever homes with two cat trees, a water fountain, several toys, litter box, food and litter to ensure a great fresh start with their new family. And to quote the same statement from his previous family that is shared in Bing’s posting too, “A true double-act Bing and Amadeus are always dressed to the nines in their black and white tuxedos. These sweet and loving boys have always been together and would like to stay that way. Bing is the bold slightly younger brother who will meet you at the door, while Amadeus is the shy fellow who will come around and be a sweetheart once he gets to know you. They like to balance play and rest in equal measure and they make a perfect tag team.” Can you provide a new home for these playful, loving tuxedo boys? You will be rewarded with great companionship for many years.Adoption processIndividual and vet references are checked prior to adoption approval. Adoptions have a two week trial period as needed to ensure that the match between adopter and the cat is perfect.
