This little fella was rescued from an engine and smelt like gas to high heaven. After a bath and a few days he decided he wanted to be loved. Atlas turned into a little lover until his "girlfriend" Marzo came along ~ now he wants to play with her and love on her. These two would make wonderful companions for each other and have been together most of their short little lives so far. Atlas is so much fun and has the best time chasing anything he can find and even better if it's something he can carry around with him to play with any where. Come meet Atlas and his girlfriend Marzo and fall in love.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.Adoption processTour/Adoption Hours: Fridays: 3pm – 5pmSaturdays: 11am – 2pm During adoption hours we have volunteers available to show dogs and cats to the public. For safety/insurance reasons we can only allow those 12 years or older to go into the dog kennel wing of the shelter. We ask all visitors not to stick their fingers/hands into the dog kennels. Our adoptable dogs and cats are viewable through our website. Everyone interested in applying for a dog or cat must submit an application through our website. We receive multiple applications for each animal. Applications for particular animals are based on best fit for each animal based on each animal’s behaviors and needs. An application not being selected for a particular animal does not necessarily mean the application was denied, but just that another application was approved.
