There was absolutely nothing that Link did to cause her to be an owner surrender - it just is what it is and all we can do is help her out by giving her shelter, food, and lots and lots of love while she waits to find a new FOREVER home and family. Link is not a young kitten anymore, she's approaching 5 years old, but she is sooooo worth giving your love to. She really is quite an incredible lady! Link needs a home who can be committed to loving her for the rest of her life and, one that can help her slim down a bit. She could use some good old fashioned exercise, which should be easy because she still has the spirit of a kitten and loves to play. She's a little confused by all the commotion that has been going on around her but she is adapting quickly and we are confident she would settle into a new home and routine in no time. Additionally, we are currently forced to limit our adoptions to suitable adopters that reside within a 100 mile radius of our facility. Please continue reading for our adoption policies and procedures.*** BASICS Be aware that we have Fencing, Indoor Living and Declawing policies. We will not waiver on these policies as it is our responsibility to ensure the animals in our care are placed into the safest and healthiest environment possible. No exceptions made. * You must be at least 21 years old to adopt* The entire household must be in agreement about adopting the animal you choose* You may not adopt for someone else or for a gift* We encourage that all dogs under 3 years old attend training sessions, either private or group * Dogs and cats must live indoors* Dogs require fencing. * No declawing of cats allowed ADOPTION PROCESS Please read through our canine and feline adoption process (found on our website) before submitting an inquiry or application.
