Ernie is a big, handsome dude who came to us as a stray. Check out his manly face and solid, 12 lb. body! His original adopters rehomed him, and we were unable to make contact with the new owners. Of course, we are glad he is here with us, so we can help him find a new, forever home where he can relax and feel safe, secure and loved. Ernie is ready for that! Is he playful and curious? Yes, he is. Affectionate? Absolutely. Ernie likes to be held and petted. Does he get along with other cats? Not really. He'd be happy as an only cat so he can be the king of his castle. We believe Ernie would be good with kids, as well as a loyal companion for anyone of any age for years to come. Come spend some time with Ernie; we think you'll agree that he is quite special. Email XXXX@hsscg.org for an appointment to meet Ernie or stop by Tuesday through Saturday 11 to 4. Ernie is neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and has tested negative for Fiv/FeLV.
