Michael is looking for a home! This older boy is one of 14 cats surrendered from a home with unsafe living conditions. He is neutered and up to date on his shots, and has received flea treatment. He is friendly, affectionate, and low energy. Our guess at age is 7+ years old, possibly closer to 10 going off his body condition and head shape. Adopters should expect additional vet care be required, as is common with most senior pets. Michael has been around dogs in his previous home. He is a bit of an old grump, and will tell younger, pushy cats when he's had enough of them in his space (Crowley often gets on his nerves for being overly affectionate). Michael would be ok in a home with another cat who understands boundaries and isn't overly in his face. He LOVES to cuddle humans- headbumps and kisses to his forehead are some of his favorite pastimes. Because he cries non-stop in his kennel 😠we've decided to let him wander the shelter as he pleases. He's much happier and quieter this way. Currently, his favorite nap spot is tucked in with our winter coats.
