This super cutie is Jester. He is a cute, friendly kitten who was living in a trailer park until being rescued along with whom we think is his mother, Queenie. Jester will greet you when you come into the room looking for some pets. When he head butts your hand listen for his purr machine to start. He doesn't mind being held but usually only for short periods of time while you are standing up. He does enjoy sitting next to you or on you. As with most kittens Jester loves to play. Wand toys and crinkle balls are only a few of his favorites. He is on the calmer side for a kitten but does have his kitten energy burst. Jester adjusts quickly to new people and situations. He has a happy go lucky personality and will be a great addition to any household Jester gets along with the other cats and would love to have a feline friend to hang with in his new home.He is often seen laying with other kitties especially Queenie.Jester is about 6 months old ( as of 4/10/24), neutered, up to date in vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. We require personal references including a vet and /or landlord (if applicable). If you have not adopted through us previously, we may require a home visit prior to adoption. All adopted cats must be kept indoors and up to date with vet care, including yearly wellness exams. Your adoption donation allows us to provide the following vet care for each of our fosters.*Spay or Neuter*Rabies Vaccination*Distemper Combo vaccinations*Feline Leukemia/FIV testing*Worming medications*Flea TreatmentsAny medical issue that arises in our care is addressed prior to adoption. Upon adoption, you receive a copy of medical records which will cover all care provided by our vets. Declawing is not permitted. A wellness visit must be scheduled with your vet within 2 weeks after adoption.Shelter locationFor approved applications, if an adoption day event is not available, we are making other arrangements for meeting our foster cats.
