Pekoe is a very sweet, friendly lap cat. He is confident and will adjust easily to a new home. He has medium-length fur. He loves people and can't get enough petting and purrs all the time! He is talkative, but not too much. He is mellow and just wants love and attention. Pekoe is FIV +. (Though there is no cure for FIV, recent studies suggest that cats with FIV commonly live average life spans. The primary mode of transmission for FIV is through bite wounds from an infected cat. Casual, non-aggressive contact, such as sharing water bowls or mutual grooming, is not an efficient route of spreading the virus.) He does fine with most cats after a slow introduction but may prefer to be an only cat. Approx. DOB: 3/10/22.
