Phillip, aka Philly, is social and loves to be pet and headbutt you. He’ll roll around on his back and purr as you pet him and likes a belly rub. He’s got A LOT of energy and loves to play - his favorite thing is for you to throw his crinkle or felt balls so he can fetch and bring them back to you. He has the best tail trill - it quivers when he’s waiting for his meal and loves chatting. Not to mention he has the best mustachioed face! He and his sister Heidi were rescued from a roof after being born outdoors and have come a long way. He’s fully vetted and ready to go!
