Simon is a handsome 3-year-old tabby/white big boy with an equally big heart! He came to us on May 31 as part of the five cats owned by the elderly veteran who had to give them up when he went into a nursing home in another state. That man spent a lot of time with each of his kitties. They are the absolute sweetest kitties we have had in our shelter!Simon guy is so kind...the kind of guy who will carefully groom his cat buddies. While he can also be somewhat independent, he is a gentle soul. Simon loves to lay upside down mid-afternoon so you can pet his tummy--he just eats it up! He also enjoys playing. Simon is front-paw declawed, so must be an inside-only kitty. Also, Simon is good with cats, but is a no-go with dogs. If you are looking for a loving cat who also is fine giving you space, Simon is a great, great fella anyone would love to have. .......Please come meet this sweet soul soon! (We keep our posts up-to-date.) We do ADOPTIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on a first-come/first serve basis.
