SKIPPER is a gorgeous bobtail black panther. She is the sweetest kitty who loves lounging by windows and watching birds. At her foster home she had a bird feeder outside a window that brought her hours of joy. She is lover of cat trees & cuddling with her humans.Skipper is a young lady who, like all kitties, loves to play. Skipperis done with the life of a street stray and is so excited to land in her new forever & ever home. Persons/families interested in adopting one of our dogs or cats must first fill out our adoption application. Once we review the application, if approved, we will set up a time for the person to meet the particular pet(s). If the person decides to adopt the dog/cat, we set up a time to do a home visit. Adoptions are approved after passing a home visit. An adoption contract is then signed, requiring veterinary care/food & water/exercise/affection for the dog/cat & a stipulation requiring the return of the dog/cat only to Tails of Hope, if necessary. All of our dogs and cats are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, HW negative/treated & on preventative.Shelter locationAll of our dogs and cats are in foster homes. People can visit our adoptable pets by appointment, or at one of our adoption events. Tails of Hope holds adoption events at the Waxahachie Petsmart on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month from noon til 4 PM.
