Mint is a calm and sweet 3-year-old black cat. She came to APL with her litter of three kittens (Nickel, Quarter, and Penny). She is a wonderful mom and is now ready for a home of her own. Mint has FIV, which means she has a weaker immune system than most cats. FIV cats can live a long, happy life, but should not go to a home with FIV-negative cats. If you are interested in meeting/adopting her, fill out an application at apl-shelter.org (for adopting) or come meet him in person at the Animal Protective League, 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. The APL is open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
