Meet Picasso! Truly a work of art! Picasso was returned by the family that adopted him because the other cat in the home is not happy with his presence and as much as they have tried to make it work, both cats were miserable. Picasso is a very easy going cat and would make an exceptional companion. Not necessarily your typical lap cat, he still loves people and is super social, but he also likes and appreciates "me time." Therefore Picasso would do best in a home where you are understanding of his personality and love him unconditionally even if he doesn't sit on your lap all the time. Don't get us wrong, he still is a cuddler and extremely affectionate, especially when he's waking up from a nap, he just doesn't like to be forced into anything. If you think your laid-back personality is a good match with Picasso's laid-back personality, we would be thrilled to be your matchmakers! Please note that Picasso is FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus.) FIV is not a death sentence. It just means a cat's immune system does not function at 100%. Having this virus means a cat is more susceptible to getting sick. However, a healthy diet, regular vet check ups, reducing stress, and being indoors only a cat can live a long healthy life.
