Cesar showed up one day at a foster's feeding station but it was painfully clear that this boy had been dumped. He was immediately friendly and following them back to their backyard, was most insistent about wanting to be petted by just lying down and even loving belly rubs. The fosters were already full and had nowhere to quarantine. But as a week went by he stayed close by and they continued to feed him twice a day as it was cold. He then would climb on the trash cans and meow through the windows actually begging to come inside. Ultimately this handsome boy could not be resisted any longer and he won his way into the welcoming house of his foster parents. Born 8/7/2022 Since being in his new home, he has shown he is truly a Latin lover! He will greet his humans and roll over soaking in all sorts of affection. Purring, holding hands (paws) and pettings are his jam! When he went to the clinic for his neuter appointment, he was so personable and charming that he was voted the "Favorite Sweet Kitty" of the day! He even got to ride around on the shoulders of the vet techs. If you are looking for a cat companion that will put his little paw in yours to hold onto, this young boy is purrfect for YOU!
