Phantom recently came into our rescue, and we all think he is the coolest cat! He is friendly with all and has a fun, playful, and outgoing personality. Toys and having fun are his thing. If you like a “real character” in a cat, Phantom is for you. Phantom can live with other cats after a proper introduction and would likely do best with no small children. Phantom is located in Long Beach, NY. He is neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.
