Penelope has a unique backstory. She was found with her littermate, Juno, in a car engine outside of a Home Depot in Visalia at the tender age of 7 weeks old. She's a very loving, energetic and active girl. She plays coy for a bit, but when she warms up to you, she loves all of the attention and learned a lot from that engine she was found in; she is a purrrrrr machine! Penelope loves to be around other fur babies and loves to be held. Adoption fee $200. Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during doption event hours). Please give us at least a week's notice via XXXX@gmail.com or (707) 258-XXXX so our volunteers have time to answer messages and get back to you. Thank you!
