Lightening is a sweet calico girl with lush short fur in all the calico colors. she loves toys like crunchy balls and feather sticks or even a wadded up piece of paper. She's cuddly with a rich rolling purr. Lightening's left eye did not develop properly - the third eyelid covers most of that eye. She has been evaluated by a vet ophthalmologist who says it's strictly a cosmetic issue. It is not painful and she sees well enough with one eye to catch toys, jump, run, and climb like any kitten.
