Meet Nova Nova was our mommy to 6 kittens. Her remaining 2 kittens are Nala and Nudge. Nova is a 1yr old and she is a beautiful girl. She is calm, laid back and this cutie pie is a new Wisconsin resident, having made the long journey with her kittens to come to Milwaukee from Texas. Nova and Nala are bonded and must be adopted together. Consider adding Nudge so the family stays together! Note from their foster mom:Nova has amazing eyes and loves watching her kittens Nala and Nudge run around and play. Occasionally, she joins in the fun. She is shy and not very outgoing YET, but the best is to come for her. She shows us she craves the attention, she just isn't ready to let her guard down. She will do that once she knows she has a home that she can call hers. She would do best in a home with 1 or 2 laid back/gentle cats. She does well with both our 1 year old resident cats (a boy and a girl) as well as her kittens. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and spayed. Nova's adoption fees are waived if you keep her together with Nala and Nudge.They will do great with children, but no dogs please. Nova has a sensitive stomach and she does well on the Costco brand cat food which is totally affordable. You will need a costco membership or know someone who does, so you can keep her on this food. Nala and Nudge - both 5 months old siblings. They love snuggling together and chasing each other while playing with toys. They love to climb the cat tree and race each other up and down. Family game night - they love to crash that and join in the fun! Both Nala and Nudge are super affectionate and will purr like crazy when being pet. They also can hear the crack of a wet food can from the other side of the house and will run and climb your leg to be first in line for the food. They crave the attention from humans as well as our resident cats. They would do great in a home with or without cats. They are fully vaccinated (except for rabies as they are still too young), dewormed, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. They are being fostered in Franklin through Texas Rescue Riders. Consider adopting 2 kittens! You will receive the medical records.The adoption fee will enable us to finance our program of rescuing and readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we rescue, transport and adopt out in the northern United States.
