Hello there, I’m Pistachio!My journey began when my five siblings and I faced the world alone at just three weeks old. We were quite fragile when my foster family welcomed us into their home. They weren't sure if I'd pull through, but the thought of finding a forever home filled me with hope and the strength to recover.I'll forever be grateful for this second chance, and I express my gratitude through endless affection, snuggles, and a symphony of purrs. I thrive in the company of humans, whether lounging on their lap, sprawled out on their chest, or curled up with them under cozy blankets. I don’t feel the need to have a lot of “me time” because spending quality time with my human is my most favorite activity!My foster family says I’m a go with the flow kind of guy! I’m very calm and I love to spend the day relaxing. And while I do adore lounging the most, I'm not one to shy away from playtime. You might catch me engaging in spirited play sessions with toys(mice and wands are my favorite!), dashing through tunnels, or flopping around with my sister for some feline fun.In my younger days, I sadly lost two of my siblings, including my best friend. I was so heartbroken, and as a result this made my sister Macadamia and me even closer. If it were possible, I'd love to bring her along to our forever home, as we've shared both joy and sorrow, comforting each other through it all. I’ve been patiently waiting for my forever home for a couple months now. I hope I don’t have to wait much longer, I have so much love to share! With all my love,Pistachio All fosters under the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition: Community Cat Adoption Program are fostered privately through foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped before adoptions are finalized.
