Gizmo is about 10 weeks old as of Aug 2, 2023. He was rescued from an overflowing Fresno shelter where his prospects were rapidly dimming. On his long journey North he had a lot to say in a voice that is a lot bigger than he is, but once he was out of his carrier and after a badly needed bath and a snack, his cries faded to happy and equally outsized purrs. Gizmo is very people-centered and he wants to nest on a human if one is available. He is not intimidated by much, including our two big dogs or our older cats. This little Tomcat has no idea that he is the smallest critter in his current community and while his outsized confidence might not serve him well out in the cruel world, it makes him a lot of fun to have around. Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours).
