Hi, I’m Billy! I was found wandering the streets of Philly in the freezing cold, starving, and crying out for help. Fending for myself on those mean streets was taking a toll on my gentle soul. Regardless of my rough start, I’m still the friendliest boy ever- full of love, headbutts, and purrs. I’ll never turn down a pet or a good cuddle and prefer to be by your side earning the nicknames “Loverboy” and “Shadow”. I’m a bit of a goofball, always doing funny things to make my foster mom laugh. I like “huts” or basically anything I can climb in and poke my head out of and say “Hi! It's me!”. I’m just a sweet and happy fella who will show you every day how grateful I am to be yours. Though a “tween” (technically not a kitten) I’m really just a big baby- I love attention, playing with toys, oh and my girlfriend Bowie (CT23-2678). Bowie’s been my best friend and I’d like to stay with her. I consider us the perfect pair 😊
