Phil was found in a box behind a CVS with his 2 bros. He's the smallest of the three--just please don't call him the "runt of the litter", because he has a huge heart and capacity for love. He's usually one step behind his foster Mom, unless he's sitting on her shoulder. This pint-sized purr machine is always in the mood for a cuddle and a snack! He's also playful, observant and patient with the little people in the house.
