Rooney is the prettiest and silliest girly! Pictures don’t even do justice to how gorgeous she is! She is extremely vocal and always wants to gab, especially when she greets you and when she’s hungry! She makes quick friends with any house guest, but definitely has her favorite people and makes a great companion. Rooney isn’t the most cuddly cat but has her moments when she wants all your attention, and she’ll make it clear! She wants to be near her human but not always touching; she’s squirmy if you smother her with too much love or hold her. Rooney’s favorite toys are anything stringy or anything small that she can toss around on the floor - pens, makeup and paint brushes, Q-tips, hair clips, and more! She will not hesitate to jump up on a table if she spots something she can knock off and use as a toy! When she gets the zoomies (usually in the morning and at bed time) her favorite game is to attack moving limbs under a blanket. She’s pretty gentle though, and it’s hilarious! She can be pretty goofy and clumsy, sometimes falling off of things or jumping dramatically. She spends most of the day by a window watching birds and napping. When she was spayed they found out she was pregnant and unfortunately terminated the pregnancy, so she has developed a bit of an udder. They also said she was not friendly with the other animals there at the vet, but her foster mom thinks she’d warm up to others in a less stressful environment - with proper, slow introductions, of course! She eats Fancy Feast wet food (pates only) and Iams healthy adult with chicken dry food. Her favorite treats are Temptations squeezable purees! Whoever adopts Rooney is the luckiest person and will have a loving companion and endless source of entertainment!
