Xenia is very good at being a cat- especially the whole 'napping' part of the deal. When she sees a fuzzy blanket, she knows just what to do: crawl underneath it and get as warm and cozy as possible! Though she enjoys her alone time, she typically doesn't mind if you peek under her blanket to say hi and offer some cheek scritches, to which she'll respond with purrs and a nice side order of biscuits. The Sonoma Humane Society prides itself on successful adoption rates because of the time we spend with you and your prospective pet upfront. Adoption Fees Our animals receive the highest quality of medical care, diets, training and socialization to become a permanent part of your home. Our adoption fees do not cover the expenses for each animal that enters our facility. Thanks to donations from the community, we are able to offer more than any other shelter in the County.
