Albert is a classic dark brown tabby with extra toes on all four paws. He came to HART through fault of his own and is about 10 years old. He was understandably sad and confused to leave his home and join the community of cats in Room 1, but he has begun to relax and show his sweet, loving purrsonality. He is a gentle boy who loves human attention, and catnip toys. When you visit his room you will probably find him comfortably perched in a cat bed, looking hopefully for some tickles and petting. Albert has some medical concerns (as do many cats that are starting to age), he has some chronic discharge from his eyes, has some signs that he could have kidney issues in the future and has a sensitive digestive system. We manage him with a once a day medication and fluids under skin a couple times a week. Plus we feed him a limited ingredient diet.
