Pugsley is a black and white, male kitty. He is friendly and loves being the life of the party! He enjoys exploring new environments and making new friends. He likes to cuddle with his people when it is time to rest but also is ready to kick it up a notch and play with his siblings, foster family, and foster dog friends. If he seems like a fit for your family, please apply! IMPORTANT: This cat/kitten has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this cat/kitten altered within 6 months of adoption.
