This very cute girl is Snowflake! She is mostly white and has the cutest patch of gray on top of her head. Her family was moving and needed to surrender her. She lived in that home with 2 other cats, who did not seem to like her. She loved the people in her home and is sweet. She is becoming more and more comfortable in her room and with her roommates, although she can be a little hissy with them if they get too close. With a gentle approach she enjoys pets and scratches and even shows us her ""elevator behind""!She loves to play on her own and is beginning to join in group play. She does love to play with our volunteers using string toys and other toys (balls or springs) when she has them. She is looking for a home with either no other pets or with nurturing pets and, most importantly, patient people. We don't know how she is with dogs, unfortunately. She will most likely require some extra time to settle into her new home. A couple of weeks invested in her well-being today will lead to many years of a happy, healthy kitty in your home for years to come!Our medical team noted on her exams that she has a small abnormal curvature to her spine along her thoracic region. This does not appear to be bothering her at this time, but may become uncomfortable as she ages.
