Malcolm is a 4 year old black & white fellow with a pink nose who was found as a stray. He was very shy when he first joined us and just wanted to curl up in his bed. But he's slowly coming out of his shell - and his bed - and is ready to find a family. Malcolm can be a bit skittish and will do best in a quiet adult home or a home with older children. And he'll need time to get used to his new environment. If you're looking to give a beautiful adult cat a chance at a new life, please come meet Max at the VAO soon.Adoption processAll potential adopters must be at least 21 years of age. An application must be completed and can take up to a week to process. Once an application is approved, family meets, dog meets (if applicable) and home checks must be completed.Shelter locationOur orphanage is open to the public Monday-Friday from 12pm to 7pm, with the exception of the second Wednesday of each month during which we are closed for major cleaning. On weekends you can visit our orphans between 12pm and 5pm Saturday and Sunday. We also have some adorable adoptable cats and kittens at offsite locations: PetSmart in Marlton and PetValu stores of Cherry Hill, Marlton and Voorhees.
