Kuothe is a shy kitten who came to us in tremendous pain due to ulcerated eyes. Unfortunately, one of his eyes needed to be removed and since then Kuothe is MUCH more comfortable. He's done well in foster and has shown more of his personality but would still likely do best in a quieter home. He's the sort of cat who wants to lay with his people in bed as they read or watch movies and would do well with another gentle cat or dog in the home. He can be playful but he's certainly not destructive. He will need someone who's understanding of the trauma he's been through and allow him to come into himself on his own terms.He is now currently in foster with another cat and two wonderfully gentle big dogs.Adoption processAdoptions can be completed at our Fort Lupton Shelter or at one of our many adoption events that are held every Saturday around the Denver metro area. We are open Monday - Sunday 10am -5pm, no appointment necessary. 2) Weekend adoption events every Saturday.
