Moose was in a set of cats we took in from around the Ft. Meyers local shelter. They were severely affected by the hurricane, and we drove down and took some animals to help and adopt out. We don't have history or his story. He was shaved when he came into the shelter in Florida, as there was hurricane debris stuck in his long hair, and no way to brush it out. Because of that, he will require medical shaving occasionally. He is the first one to greet you when you enter the room, and always wants pets. Don't let his age fool you, he is very active!Adoption processWe require an application be submitted before meeting our pets. Our fees vary per animal, but we require vet and personal references and we conduct home visits for each dog.
