Onyx (born around March of 2015) is a black kitty with very subtle markings and beautiful yellow-green eyes. Onyx came to us after her owner surrendered her because a household member developed severe allergies to her. She is a calm, sweet lady who enjoys sunbathing and getting belly rubs from our sanctuary staff and volunteers! She is not a fan of dogs, but she seems to get along with most other kitties and would love to have her own humans for daily belly rubs and lap cuddles. Adoption processSHAS carefully screens adopters. The adoptionprocess includes an application & interview, and mayinclude a vet check, landlord check &/or home visit. An adoption contract will be executed once the adoption is approved.Shelter locationWe are open Tue-Sun 11am-3pm and by appointment only at other times.
