The Pennsylvania SPCA runs special adoption promotions with reduced pricing on select animals each and every day. The Pennsylvania SPCA regular adoption prices are: Dogs and CatsKittens (under 7 months) — $150Cats over 7 months – $85Dogs over 7 months – $300Puppies under 7 months - $450 Prices vary and are at manager’s discretion.We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks (with ID) and debit cards.
