Shadow, Domestic Shorthair For Adoption In Lowell, Massachusetts

Price:

Location:
Lowell, MA
Description:

Hello there, I'm Shadow, a distinguished senior kitty looking for a loving forever home. Despite finding myself back at the shelter for the second time, I'm still hopeful that my perfect match is out there somewhere.I'll admit, I can be a bit of a grumpy old man when I first find myself in a new environment. But give me a little time, and I promise I'll transform into the sweetest, most loving companion you could ask for. I may start as a shadow, but I'll shine bright as your loyal companion.I come with a few special needs, including kidney and thyroid issues. That's why a vet reference will be required for my adoption. But don't let that deter you! With the right care and attention, I'm still ready to live my best life and bring joy to my new family.I'm hoping to find a hospice home where I can spend my golden years in comfort and peace. A foster-to-adopt arrangement would be ideal, as it would give me the chance to settle in and ensure that we're the perfect match for each other. While I've lived with other cats before and got along just fine, I do prefer to have my own space and would appreciate a home where I can be left alone when I want to be. Dogs aren't really my cup of tea, so I'd prefer a canine-free environment. If there are children in the home, I'd feel most comfortable with teens or older who understand my need for peace and quiet. may be a senior kitty, but I still have plenty of love and affection to give. If you're looking for a loyal companion to share your days with, I just might be the perfect match for you. Let's make the most of our time together and create some beautiful memories! If you're interested in giving Shadow the loving home he deserves, please reach out to the shelter to learn more about the foster-to-adopt process. Thank you for considering opening your heart and home to a sweet old guy like me.Our shelter is open every day from 12-4, closed on Mondays. If you are interested in this pet, please call us at 978-452-XXXX, email XXXX@lowellhumanesociety.org, or stop by the shelter to request an adoption application.Adoption processYou must be 18 years or older to adopt an animal. If you rent, please bring your lease which states the type of pet you are interested in and that it is accepted or the name and phone of your landlord so we can verify the pet is allowed. Inquire with your landlord about any size or breed restrictions. Please check with your home owner’s insurance company or landlord to find out if they have any restrictions on the breed(s) of dog they cover.
